Summary

The Rigellian Confederacy have allowed a small number of their sidearms to be borrowed by Earth Starfleet for study and cross-training purposes. Rigellian exchange officers may request the use of one. Non-Rigellian, non-Armory officers are not currently authorized to use or study the design, by order of the Marshal of the Rigellian Confederacy's System Defense Force.
